Ok.. I just got through reading that thread , and I have a question. What do you do with tabbouleh?? :confused3

I bought some today with my baked feta and spinach (ohh God, now that I think about it, I hope everything is alright and I don't get ecoli... ) sandwich, and now I don't know what to do with it. lol

Any ideas?

It's a great side dish. Sometimes I make a meal of it with some leftover grilled chicken. Also good stuffed in a pita pocket.

I like it just right out of the container! Yum. We go to a local Middle Eastern restaurant and their serving of tabbouleh is enormous. I get to take the rest home to have with lunch the next day.

I plop it in a pita with some hummus, baba ghanoush, cukes and some toasted pine nuts -- yum yum yum!!

I always serve it with pita bread cut up in small wedges as an appetizer. Um, um good! I could go for some now.

I don't do anything with it and gag if I'm near it. I'm vegetarian and love all different kinds of food, but can't take that one. :) I'd have to pretend that I'm on Survivor and doing a food challenge. :rotfl:
