There is a house in our subdivision on the corner that is always for sale...We have lived there 5 years and this house has been sold at least 3 times...

Our newest neightbor moved in three years ago, and before they moved in, the other family had lived there twenty years.

The house across the street from me has been for sale for at least three years. No one has bought it yet.

I live in the country and houses are in clumps and then few and far between. The newest neighbor moved in about 22 years ago! Now there are a couple of rental houses and the people in them come and go.

There is a house around the corner from us that goes up for sale every couple of years. It is currently on the market and I noticed today they just took the "Buy Owner" sign and it is replaced by a realtor's sign.

Yes, there are several houses for sale. There's one that changes owners about every 2 years or so.

Not one house in particular, but there's always a couple houses for sale at any one time on this street. Seems strange.
