Perhaps we could post if we are interested in participating in an email group. Then we could make a list of all of the email addresses of the people in the group. Then email the list to everyone in the group.

What I was thinking of was just pairing people up to share contact details etc so that if 1 of the pair disappears the other half will know where they are.

I have also wondered about this....

Perhaps there could be a 'Sticky' thread where each of us posts the email address of a next of kin who could be contacted if someone wasn't around for a while. You do start wondering if you don't see someone for a while - are they ill, in hospital etc....
