Inspired by Jodi1980 - How do you like your steak cooked?

Growing up I never liked steak, once I became an adult I found out it was because I don't like my steaks well done, and that was how they were fixed and/or ordered at our house. I like a warm red center. Even now when I get a steak like that my mom will say," oh thats not how you like that," send it back and get it how you like it, ahhhhhhh yes thats how I like it!

but it also depends on the cut......if it is a good lean piece of meat.....raw.....just warm on both sides......and I love the juices to run when I cut into it........if it is deer.....I like it rare.......moose cooked a little more........beef I like really really rare.......

I like mine medium-well. I don't mind a bit of pink in the centre, but if there is any blood running out then that puts me right off

I like the idea of walking the cow past the grill, too, though. A good friend of mine will like this line. He likes his the same bloody way that I do.
