Inspired by Jason....least favorite movie in the Top 100

Didn't see all of them, but I love anything Woody Allen creates. Annie Hall was very good but Hanna and Her Sisters was better.

I did not care for Lawrence of Arabia, parts of Pulp Fiction, 2001: Space Odessey (besides, they got it all wrong) and Raging Bull.

My favs are Street Car Named Desire, Wuthering Heights, Gone with the Wind, Citizen Kane, Jaws and The Hunt for Red October (which was not on the list).

Pulp Fiction - yuk.

I never made it through Citizen Kane.

There are lots I haven't seen, which surprised me. I seem to recall that Clockwork Orange was X-rated when it first came out? I was in jr high...never saw it. Maybe is was X for violence?

Star Wars, Fantasia (No words c'mon), Fargo, and Dances With Wolves are all incredibly boring.

Whoever said Amadeus needs to get their head checked, that movie was funny as I don't know what!

Top 10 in no Order:

Forrest Gump
Citizen Kane
Amadeus
To Kill a Mockingbird (Gotta love Boo Radley)
Snow White
Rocky
Goodfellas (Funny like a clown?!)
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Godfather II
Wizard of Oz

I have seen most of these movies and my least favorite on the list is THE WILD BUNCH. I have seen a lot of violent/bloody movies but this one really got to me.

#98

Love Clint, Morgan Freeman, Gene Hackman, absolutely hated the movie. Dull, long, preachy ugh.

Edited to say that I missed Fargo the first time I read the list. Stupid movie about stupid people and I just don't get what people saw in it. So I guess Unforgiven is saved from being dead last on my list by Fargo.

I'll say the biggest let down for me was African Queen. Never saw it until a couple of years ago. I was so excited to see it. Boooooorrrrrring!

Amadeus?! One of my all time favorites.

Fargo?! ROFLMBO!

Okay, have to name your three favorite comedies. You can't think too much about it. First three that pop into your mind:

A Fish Called Wanda

Raising Arizona

ahhhhh! I can't think!

Moostruck, fer shure!

Okay, of the top 100 list, these are the ones I've seen --

CASABLANCA (1942)
THE GODFATHER (1972)
IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE (1946)
SUNSET BOULEVARD (1950)
STAR WARS (1977)
CHINATOWN (1974)
THE MALTESE FALCON (1941)
E.T. THE EXTRA-TERRESTRIAL (1982)
DR. STRANGELOVE (1964)
MR. SMITH GOES TO WASHINGTON (1939)
THE GODFATHER PART II (1974)
TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD (1962)
IT HAPPENED ONE NIGHT (1934)
JAWS (1975)
SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS (1937)
M*A*S*H (1970)
RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK (1981)
CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND (1977)
THE SILENCE OF THE LAMBS (1991)
NETWORK (1976)
SHANE (1953)
FORREST GUMP (1994)
DANCES WITH WOLVES (1990)
ROCKY (1976)
PLATOON (1986)
DUCK SOUP (1933)
PULP FICTION (1994)
UNFORGIVEN (1992)

Probably have to go with It Happened One Night. It just didn't catch my interest, to be honest.

Okay, three favorite comedies. Birdcage, Young Frankenstein, and Robin Hood Men In Tights (love Mel Brooks movies). Birdcage has been on AMC a lot lately and was just on today, so let me name a fourth -- Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
