Inspired by imsorry's nicknames thread. What do you call your kids?

Wow....we have quite a few nicknames for our kids.

DD real name is Regan. We call her Regs, Reggi, Princess, Missy, Mam, Bean or Beanie among other things. But those are the most often used nicknames for her.

DS real name is Reid. We call him Reid-Man, Reidy, Doodle-bug, R-Man, Buck, Buddy Bear, among others.

Mollydolly, Joshie, Rosie Rose (middle name is Rose) and SweetPea Natalie

There have been others over the years, but these are the ones that we seem to stick with. :sunny:

DD20 - Pumpkinhead, Pumpkin, Jackson Brown, and Sis or Sissy, along with shortened versions of her name... Rana, Randa.

DD11 - Peanut, Peanut Butter, Peanuthead, and weird versions of her name Beebs and Beeba. DH calls her Ubie.

Thanks everyone for the great replies. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has saddled my poor children with strange nicknames! :rotfl:

Keep 'em coming!

Ds we call Homie. He loved the Simpson's when he was younger and we called him Homer and Homie for short. It has just stuck.... :rotfl2:
DD we call Sarie. That's what some kids she used to babysit called her and it has stuck too.

Hayley - "Hay"
Aaron - "Aar-Bear" and also my "Angel Baby"
Austin - "Bug"
Matthew - "Matty"
Ryan - "Ry-Ry" and also my "Angel Baby"

Right now two of them are my little hell-spawn. :rotfl2:

Depending on my mood....all good of course :) I call them various nicknames from babydoll, my little darlings, my little cupcake, my sugarpie, babe, etc. When my oldest was little, I'd call her my tootsie pop and when youngest dd was little, I'd call her my puddin'. Awww...makes me miss them, me being at work and them at school.

I call my son Babycakes or Puddinhead. Not really sure how I came up with either of those. :rotfl2:

You forgot your baby Dash! :dog: What are his nicknames? :love2: (I still love him!)

You know, I almost put in his nickname, but stopped myself. I do have nicknames for him, usually Dasher Man or Dash-a-rama (or rooney). DH says to him all the time "who's your Dasher" :rotfl: DD just calls him her baby

DD-11 - her name is Gabrielle and we have been known to call her
Crabby-Gabby, Gabaroo, Roo (real odd looks at softball when I start yelling "great Job Roo!), Roo-Bear, and for some unkown reason my DH has been known to call her Gibby-Gabby-Peaky-Pokey-Sneaky-Snarly-Kitty-Kat!

DS-5 - Matthew, aka - Mattman or Little Man

DD - 1 - Lauren , aka - Googlie Bear,

My mom always has called me Baby. And my dad always calls me boguesy (don't know if I'm spelling right) after the basketball player Muggsy Bogues. Because we are both short... :goodvibes I love my nicknames..

Ethan's nickname was always Chunky Monkey but now he is not so chunky..lol So I call him things like doodle bug, bubby, baby, and when he is being a mess I call him little turd! :rotfl:

I like to call my 15 year old son "precious". I don't know when exactly I started it, but he seems to do what I ask when I call him that, so I'm sticking with it! My daughter, who is off at college now, is called "Barbie doll" bacause her name is Barbara. :cloud9:

We call DD Nip or Nipper - when we first brought her home from the hospital, I would call her my little turnip.
We also often call her Stinky because the child has some noxious gas sometimes

DS8's name is Devin, though it's usually Dev for short.

I have yet for him to tell me not to call him by any of his nicknames unless he is being a terror. In the morning he's usually sunshine :sunny:, then there is punkin, munchkin or bud. And when he's a terror it's usually li'l monster or grumpy. But when he's just acting goofy we call him chowder head. :smooth:

We call DD 13 sweetpea. She always wore those baby nightgowns that cover the feet and looked just like little sweetpea off of Popeye. Also Tinky (this was before Teletubbies) and worst of all,Honeybutt  ,that one came from MIL,as you can probably guess MIL never had to change DD's diaper.
