That has nothing to do with it in this particular case- it's just that I LOATHE Pink Floyd.

I'm down with the classic rock- but I know nothing about Pink Floyd, excpet that I hate all their songs, it all reminds me of Laren Yaw and pot smoking and it all sounds like, "Waaaaaahhhhhh, WAaaahhhhhhhh, Waahhhhhh."

We take vacations with my in-laws about every other year or so, and my in-laws are into rock and classic rock, and dh's family loves Pink Floyd, and I teased them about it mercilessly.

I sat in the back of the van, "Is this cd over yet? I'm getting depressed... It makes me want to do drugs..."

Luckily they love me!!

Well I'm at least glad that my DH has gotten out of his death metal phase. That was pretty mad having to listen to bands like Death, Napalm Death, Cannibal Corpse... And all of that other growley heavy crap. He still liked to turn on some Iron Maiden though, but at least they aren't growly, and someo f the songs are funny... But I don't think they're supposed to be.

Dh's brother is more into that stuff than he is, but I still hear about it. Yuck.
