Inspired by a debate topic- GIFT CARD POLICIES

I've gone and looked for the policies on the gift cards that I recieved, or gave, and here's what I found.

JC PENNEY- NO fees

WALMART- 24 months without fees

Target- Unclear

Best Buy- NO FEES

I know I'll stick with the cards that have no fee's for use as gifts, and now know that I've got to check to make sure that the ones I receive are used before fee's start. Usually I'll hold a few cards for school shopping, or winter clothes next year for DD's etc..
