Insp by the breadmaker thread, what's for dinner tonight?

Right now I have dough rising in my breadmaker to prepare Garlic(roasted) and Rosemary Dinner Rolls. ( The dough smells heavenly...) I thought they would go well with my "Le Cellier" Canadian Cheese Soup I plan on starting soon. Maybe a salad to go along with it..

I bought a Gordita kit at Target for 98 cents, so we're having that Add some ground beef, cheese, lettuce, and tomato and call it dinner. If I get fancy, I may cook up some Mexican rice a roni.
