Inner Tubes for Stormalong Bay at the Beach Club

Anyone know a good place to buy some clear tubes for Stormalong Bay? I've posted this on the Budget Board, but thought I'd ask here too. It just seems like it would probably be cheaper to buy than rent.

We are staying at BCV in Sept. How much is the rental fee for a tube? Is it for all day?
