Hi everyone!! We are back... well kinda. I am in Philly right now after a 20 hour drive. John has a dental appt as we speak.. he always was one for great timing! Any who, the trip was fabulous!! Sophia (Ohio disney lover) was amazing as was her hubs and the rest of her family!! and Carrie (lurkyloo) and her hubs were also as amazing as i knew they would be! At some point today I will start my TR, although my home computer is all weird, so idk if I can upload my pics yet..all 2000!! I went picture crazy..too bad my camera was acting craptastic! Thanks for all your well wishes

me too!! although i started feeling crappy sunday... it's allergies for me.. i think oh crap and i have no milk for coffee tomorrow.. wahhhhhhh. . i really hate being home now.. i seriously loved be waited on!! now I have to cook for people and take care of them again

Here's little sneak peak at our week until I can start the actual TR!!!

You laughed at me when I said I'm packing that, but i'm sure glad I did list...

1. Benadryl to go things for Jack!!! It was nice to have it on hand with no mess or measuring!
2. Laundry detergent! I did wind up doing laundry!
3. Scissors and nail clippers! Used these more than I though we would!
4. Contacts!! So glad I purchased them! Loved being able to wear sunglasses and not having to miss a sight because of annoying glasses!
5. Hangers!! They only give you 7!!
6. Kids life jackets!! A couple times there were none to be found by our pool, and the kids preffered their own anyways!
7. Allergy meds for me.. holy crap, my allergies were bad down there!

Shoulda, woulda coulda.....
1. Taken a nap the day of arrival before going to MK for CRT instead of swimming
2. Explored the countries of Epcot more
3. Looked at the maps a lil more to plan out the parks the night before somewhat, or at least understand the layout a bit more
4. made later adr's for the day after MNSSHP
5. Done some more of the pool activities
6. Bought crappy pins so the kids could trade for awesome ones, it woulda given them a good ego lol
7. Made some shirts for us to wear as a family. I see now why people buy so many disney shirts. I will do this for next year. But it will be our disney world attire and that is it. It will also make packing easier, no worries of how we look.
8. Brought smaller bandaids.. only brought large ones for some reason...der
9. Packed mole skin or whatever its called.. I got wicked blisters on the first full day.. now my feet are nice and roughed over lol
10. Read the free 5x7 picture print.. I though we could get it at our hotel.. not so much.. had to get it at a park or dtd location!! so we never got our free 5x7..pooh
11. Worn costumes to MNSSHP... Next year John and I are dressing up!!

Free things
1. Buttons! Johns b-day button brought him lots of attention and he won't admit it, but he liked it!
2.DDP.. we did deluxe, but it was nice that we only paid half price for it!
3. Free face painting during MNSSHP.. although we did not do it ;/
4. Free tix to MNSSHP the 2nd time we went!!!! thanks again to John's bday button, which was also free!!

Food we loved!!
1. Pretzel bread at crt with honey mustard butter.. holy crap.. seriously!!
2. Treats from Kringala
3. Milk shakes as drink options at lots of places!
4. The fact that the chefs were so very accommodating to Jack's allergies. It truly made for such a special dining experience for him!
5. Boma breakfast.. I hate juice, but that juice ruled!!! and the Buffet was amazing!
6. Earl of sandwich.. Holy crap.. amazing!!!

Glad we tried it here, but won't be eating there again...
1. Spirit of Aloha.. just wasn't a fan and it bothered me that all the servers around us were 70+ and I felt like the metal trays just might kill them!
2.Ohana, we would do this before SOA, but it still isnt on our must do it
again next year list.
3. Breakfast at Hollywood and vine... Just wasn't great. Not worth the money or credits.

Bummer outers...
1.Missed spectro magic and fantasmic and the regular wishes
2. Totally forgot to go to he Tiki room
3. Tiki Room, call me corny but I like the bad jokes and didn't like the new show.
4. Rude people.. so many rude people!! I killed them with kindness and made them feel dumb ;>
5. Staff that seemed to nothing about anything anytime I asked.. this got old quick!
6. The wet moldy smelling floor that we had in our resort that I complained about 3X!
7. Service at Yachtmans steak house... Server was VERY nice, but they must have been short handed because service took forever!! ans she dropped my dirty silver ware all over me, and plate of food onto herself..oof.
8. The broken outlet that was on the third floor of broadway building that my son stuck his finger into... yeah..that coulda been bad!! Did they fix it even after I complained twice?? no.
9. Forgot about the damn dole whip!!! and figaro fries.. I'm bummed.
10. Didn't realize they had all the villains lined up at the end of MNSSHP so I missed my opportunity with most of them... Also missed Snow White and the 7 dwarves Line was tooo long to waste precious party time.


What pissed me off....
1. That no one seems to know a thing at WDW and when you ask for a manager they get all defensive and dont want to ...
2. Again our nasty wet floor.
3. the outlet thing again... coulda been bad!
4. the fact that even at buffetts they leave the 18 or 20 % suggestion...idk why but that annoyed the heck out of me!
5. The coffee really did suck as bad as everyone said!!

Really really glad we did that!!
1. BBB!! the whole big package.. what a treat it was for my daughter!! It was truly magical!!
2. MNSSHP!! I seriously lovedddddddd it! I knew I would, but it was beyond what I expected!
3. DXDP!! All you dxdp haters, eat it.. you just don't know how to plan properly.. yall are too busy stuffing your faces with a million snacks to really enjoy the real food.
4. Having so many adr's.. we loved the time sitting down!! It was a much needed break!!
5. Getting special menu's made for john and the kids at coral reef!! they were shocked and soo happy!1 the diver really put joh over the edge!! he was truly touched!
6. sooo glad we drove! I hated waiting for buses and rude people who wouldn't let tired children sit!! So we droe to all the parks every day. I loved not having to wait to go back to the resort, or parks. or wherever. I just loved not waiting!
7. So glad John brought a back pack.. it worked much better then my diaper bag!1 We will be looking for an even awesomer back pack for next year!
8. Extra clothes.. it was so hot we winded up changing 2x a day.. glad i brought the whole closet!
9. bought the double stroller!! not sure kayla would have made it if she wasn't sitting so often! and when she sat it made jack feel better about having to sit!
10. Bought extra memory cards for the camera!1 I took over 2000 pics!!
11. Got to mgm early for our breakfast so I could run and get fast passes for TSMM!! by the time breakfast was done, the time to come back was 6pm!!
12. Brought my mousekeeping tips in envelopes, it was easy to just pull one out each day. Same with adr tip money!

Wish I woulda...
1.Blogged at night a bit so my TR would be better
2. Brought a notebook to the parks to write tips down
3. figure out the settings on my camera better before leaving
4. gotten more photopass pics.. glad I didn't buy the cd!
5. Scheduled a nap for Jack the day after MNSSHP!!
6. Met Tat2eddisneymom

A dream but without the dream team...

Why we liked ASMU....
1. the pools are close enough to the rooms
2. The main pool had fun activities
3. ample drawer space for clothing..although not enough hangers
4. beds were pretty comfy

New things and old things.. traditions in the making!
1. Dinner on our first night at CRT.. keeping this one.. it just makes it really magical!
2. We got our first pins and lanyards.. it is def something we will do next year
3. Staying for at least 8 days.. I couldn't imagine doing any less now!
4. HDDMR, we really thought this was fun, and this may be our last night there tradition now???

So there is my teaser until I can find more time to do a real tr!!

I'd also like to mention that I am sooo glad we got to meet Sophia and fam (OhioDisneyLover) and Carrie and Patrick (LurkyLoo). They were some of the most awesome people I have ever met!! I do have to apologize to Lurky thoug.. She must think we are nuts.. it was just a rough day that day, and I hope I didn't disappoint you lol!

and guess what.. in case you didn't see it in my siggy yet ... we are BOUNCING BACK NEXT YEAR!! 9/13-9/22! I am stoked!!

YES! Another person who thinks the coffee tastes like POOP! Well, not that I've ever tasted poop or anything.

Aww, I wish I woulda met you, too! Totally my fault. My days were filled with nothing but CHAOS!
