Ingredients?

Does anyone know if I can get the ingredients for the Teramisu and canolli in Italy in Epcot? My 10 month old had a reaction to something and I gave him the spoon to play with and he had a taste of canolli. Thank God for the first aid in Epcot. They had benadryl. He was fine after about 30 minutes but this is the second time it happened. I would like to have a list of things it could be. Thank you.

Try calling Disney Dining, and ask for the chef's phone #. (Was this at Alfredo's or a CS?) They should be able to help you. Or at least direct you to the right person.
