ING site down?

I am in the process of reopening an old ING savings acccount with ING, and keep getting a 'page can not be displayed' message. Is anyone else having problems, and if so, does this happen a lot?

I just logged in to my account with no problem. I can't remember a time when the site was down for me, and i've been with them for 5 years.

Yes, I also had issues last night and could not log in. I was a little worried since I've NEVER had issues with their website, however there was a note on their site advising they had changed things/revamped it and not to worry. I finally was able to log in this morning.

I know they were updating the site, maybe that was the problem.

I was already getting the updated site last week when I checked on my pay week automatic deposits. Maybe they are rolling out the updated site to certain areas at a time?
