I see where there are people selling shirts, etc. with Disney pictures...can't they get in trouble from Disney for an infringement violation?

They can if it is unlicensed merchandise.

Could they? Yes. Will they? Depends.

Is it legal to speed? No. Does everyone who speeds get a ticket? No.

etsy shops selling Disney stuff get shut down A LOT

Its actually funny to see them whining on the forums;)

There is a fine line between being Disney Inspired and just plain infringement.

I have designed a few like "Team Gaston" and "Look like a Beauty, Train like a Beast" that Disney seems fine with. Anything with a pic of an actual Disney character is a no no.

I see a lot of Mickey head tie-dye shirts.

You gotta be discrete, no digital footprint. Late night, dark alley kinda stuff. Wear a trench coat and conceal the Anna watches on the left side, the Elsa watches on the right. Olaf is in a very special place.:cool2:
