Hello all, our last stay at RPR was in 2006. Previous to that, we've stayed there every year since opening. I was quite surprised when reserving a room, at the rates this year. The lowest rate I could get was $186 per night. My question is, in previous years, the rates have gone down as the summer has gone by. Our dates are last week in August. Do you think this is a possiblity this year? Also the APR is quite reasonable at $134 per night, but we are a large family booking three rooms and I was told I could only book one room at that rate, is this true? If so, I don't think it would really pay off for me to purchase the AP for a 3 night stay. Thank you for any advice. I see things have changed quite a bit since I've been last.

I was told that one AP per room, but others have stayed at RPR and booked 2 rooms adjoining with one AP becuase of family members. Have you also looked at the other hotels? HRH has the deluxe rooms with a study that has a pull out bed and then of course PBH has larger rooms.

I don't think the rates will really go down again until Fall, I don't know when you are going but many nights this summer are already sold out for the AP rate and that rate is higher than the Stay More Rate.
