information package

Hi Erin,

They will send the information via regular mail...depending on your distance from Orlando, it could take up to a week or so.

One thing that most of us have done, if you have an email address, the planners can often email everything to you and you can have it in a few minutes!

Hope that helps!

My coordinator told me she would be mailing it in 2 weeks (2 weeks from the phone call) and thats when I got it via-email (not sure why it took so long just through e-mail though). So it could be up to two weeks.

What exactly does the coordinator email. My call concluded with Tanis saying it would take up to 2 weeks to get my planning pack, she then emailed me asking for full names, address, contact no's and whether anyone else is allowed to make decisions. I answered all this and sent it back. I am still under the impression that I will receive some sort of contract through the post, but maybe I'm wrong. See below as stated by Tanis in my email.

As soon as I receive this above listed information I can start the preparation of your Letter of Agreement, which may take up to two weeks.
After you receive the Letter of Agreement, please carefully review, sign, and return the original with your required deposit, by the date indicated on the agreement.
Once I receive the Agreement and deposit, it will be processed within our office. This is usually completed with two weeks.
Approximately two weeks from the time I receive your agreement, you will receive your planning kit and we will then begin to plan the details of your Disney Fairy Tale Wedding event.

Don't know if this helps.

Caitlin-Summer,

I also have Tanis as a coordinator- Isn't she great? You have to give her all of that information so she can type it up in the letter of agreement. She will then give you the letter and agreement through e-mail and you will need to print it off, look it over, sign, and give her your deposit ($500 dollars I do believe). The letter of agreement basically states that you are agreeing to have a disney wedding, what you get with that, what is aloud, some options, and you stating who will be paying for the wedding (in your case, you just put that you are) and you give her authorization to put funds on a credit card or you give her a check. Its very short and simple. My letter of agreement didnt take 2 weeks to get, but my planning kit did. I got the letter of agreement as soon as I sent back that information (full names, etc).

Once all of that is done, you will get your planning kit in a couple of weeks which will allow you to get down to business with everything. There you will pick out your cake flavors, any added photography or videography, floral, whether you want characters, music, transportation, etc...

Good luck planning! :cheer2:

Tanis is so sweet she went out of her way for me to have my contract to take to Ky with me (were DF lives). I can't wait to get my planning package. I guess we have to be patient that is hard though.
