Information about "Body Lotion" at the resorts....

Just before I left last week there was a thread about getting "lotion" at the resorts and I said I would check when I was at WDW.

I checked into SSR last Tuesday 10/6 and there was NO lotion provided. Just shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. I just thought I'd let you all know. Now, in the gift shop, you could purchase the lotion along with the other items. But no freebies people!! Sorry....

I don't remember ever getting lotion at WDW except for our stay at GF Sugarloaf.

Our last couple of visits to WDW, there hasn't been lotion in the room, but I left a note for Mousekeeping, and lo and behold, we received lotion for the duration of our stay after that. Must be that you only get it if requested.

I have several bottles of Disney Spa Collection Lotion in my guest bathroom. The last lotion I aquired was in Oct of 08 I believe at AKV.

I just returned from a stay at Wilderness Lodge Villas and we got shampoo, shower gel and lotion and then got it again on day 4!!

When I first checked in to SSR I saw the little bottles on the side shelf of the shower. I immediately "thought" I had lotion until I put my glasses on and clearly read "Conditioner". And on day 4 again; shower gel, shampoo and conditioner!

I don't thnk we ever received lotion at OKW, before or after the change to H2O products.

I know we had gotten lotion during past stays. I can say that with certainty because for our concierge stay at AKV in August there was no lotion and it was something I noticed. I figure - why would I notice it wasn't there if I'd never gotten it before? BUT when we checked into BLT for our last 3 nights there WAS lotion in both bathrooms of our 1BR unit. It's beginning to sound hit or miss

Lotion doesn't appear on the amenities list for what you get on a paid for "toiletries package." - its face soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel.
