DD, 15, youth group..2 hrs per week..Interact 3-4 hrs per month on average , part-time job 6-10 hrs per week(cut out other activities due to slack-o-rama of homework)
DS, 13, soccer..8-10 hrs per week, youth group... 2 hrs per week
DD, 8, soccer.. 3 hrs per week, youth group...2 hrs per week

Having 3 'patrons' who use my taxi service, and the fact that both parents WORK also...I try to keep extra-curricular activities to a practical amount..as always, school comes first

DS age 16:

High school basketball
Off season - training and conditioning = 4 hours a week
In season - practice and games = about 15 hours a week
Drum lessons - 1 hour a week
Drum practice - 2 to 3 hours a week
Garage band practice - 3 hours a week
Part time job - 5 hours a week

DD age 8:

Ballet, tap & jazz - 2 hours a week
Brownies - 2 hours every other week
Bible Study - 2 hours every other week
Swim team April thru June - 7 hours a week

Son 19, college sophmore- I try not to think about his extra curricular activities.

Son 20, college freshman - see above...

Daughter 16, 2x week-1hr after school student council meetings. part time job-teacher assistant Montessori school 2x week 3 hrs after school. Quit dance this year.

Daughter 7, Swim class 1hr week. gymnastics 1hr week. these taken at Y where classes are broken up into 2 month sessions. She gets tired and occasionally takes a session break. She's tried Karate, Soccer, and t-ball, didn't care for any of them...

My sons played sports from age 5-17 but quit after high school. My daughters spent most of their infancy and toddler years on ball fields and in the car.

I was never organized enough to keep straight more than one activity per child, per season. That still kept us at a field 5 nights a week throughout the year. I can't say I miss it and I'm glad my daughters have no desire to play team sports.....;)

DD 9, band two hours a week, Indian Princesses 2-4 hours a month.

DS 9, no activities by his choice but hopefully he'll get into baseball/softball when the season starts.

DD11 & DD9
Soccer--- Aug - Oct 3 - 4 hours week
Basketball -- Mid-Nov - March 2 - 3 hours week

Hoping for both to start in a new Girl Scout Troup 1 hour week

DD9 Choir 1 hour week

I really miss the Princesses program, and the Guides also, great times they were, Michelle.

Ds- 7 nothing at the moment.

DD- 5 nothing at the moment as well, but MAY do ballet

I'm a firm believer in not OVER extending the kids, so we do one activity per kid, per session.

my girls:

dd, almost 12 -- religious school, 2.5 hours, dance, 3 hours, cheerleading (if she makes it), 4 hours, play rehearsal (after cheerleading is over), 4 hours. I'd like to sign her up for a class on saturday mornings -- add another 2 hours to the total. total: 9.5 hours

dd, age 10 -- dance, 4 hours, play rehearsal, 2.5 hours, religious school, 5 hours, satruday classes, 3 hours. total 13.5 hours

not as busy as some, busier than others.

DD 24 - various orchestra and band rehearsals but starting Oct 17 fulltime work at Tokyo Disney so she's out of here

DD 20 - various orchestra rehersals, chamber music, practice time and job

I rarely see either of them except in passing.
