Info to plan class trip???

Not sure if this is the appropriate forum but--

My 12 year old's choir teacher is planning a trip to WDW for the choir. I offered to help her. I'm wondering if my friends at the dis can offer some advice on planning resources.


Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would really like to make this a nice trip!!

What kind of trip is this? Will the choir be singing somewhere at WDW, or are they going to a competition?

Am I correct in assuming that your director is going through Disney Group Sales? They have great school group advisors.

We have 50-55 going. We hope to sing at Disney, probably no competition.

I will check with Disney Group Sales and ask about Magical Gatherings.
