The title says it all really, what info is needed?

Name, address, DOB, telephone number, reservation number? Is that it, or less info than that even?

I might ask my bridesmaid to make some ADR's for us, as she checks in before us, so want to have her prepped as she hasn't done this before. But for those restaurants requiring a credit card guarantee, could she use my card details rather than her own, or do they need to match the booking name?

name, address, reser # ,where you are staying, check in date, # of people in your party.
Any special info (dietary restrictions or celebrations that will be occuring).

Not sure on the credit card. I booked for me and my parents and used my card.

I just give them my reservation number and they can get the info that they need. The only thing is, they might not be able to pull it up (for some random reason). If so, they will ask your name, your billing address, your phone number. If she is using her check in info, she will know all of that.

You can make your own reservations 90 days prior to your arrival. Use the calculator pinned at the top of this sections in the ADR post to figure out when you can call for ADRs. If you wait until arrival/check in the places you want may not be available. Unless you will be dining with your bridesmaid on her ADRs (so instead of party of 2 for her it will be party of 4 b/c of you and dh). I think the ADR would just go under her name at that time. I still think you need to wait for your OWN ADRs until 90 day marker.
Hiopefully someone else more knowledgable can clarify

Thanks for your help all,

I should clarify that it would just be a couple of meals I'd like her to book for our whole party of 12/13, I just wanted to take advantage of being able to book a bit earlier through her at her 90 days out + 10 ;)

I'm hoping someone might come along and tell me the credit card thing will be okay. I know it's only a backup and we can pay on a different card on the day, but I don't want her to have any frozen money on her card if I ask her to use her own....

They asked me my reservation #, phone, Who was on the reservation. i think that was it. i didnt book any places that needed a credit card.

I don't know if this will apply to dining reservations as well, but when I booked my vacation package I had to keep calling Disney because of certain problems with the reservation. On one occasion, the CM I talked to said that it didn't matter to them whose name was on the CC as long as they got their money......... so if that train of thought is correct, she shouldn't have a problem using your card. Maybe... :confused3

I think with your big party size, that making the reservations as early as possible is a great idea. We have booked before using different cards and have never had a problem. I had my parents card info with me and have done all their booking. Just needed their billing address, card number, name on the card, exp. date, and the three digit pin on the back of the card when we called Disney. Congrats and I wish you much success.

I would definitely not ask her to use her own card. If you're planning on paying for it, your card should be used.

Name , complete add, phone #, Ress #, Email, where ur staying and the dates. As soon as they say hello I tell them I am going to rattle all my info off to be ready for it. LOL I found I get it done faster. Then given them my name then they would have to ask your add then your pone etc. Sorry to inpatient for all that. I do it everytime I call.:thumbsup2

Ok, I am confused now. I have read (many places) that to get CRT reservations, as soon as you hear the CM you should immediately say "CRT, date, time, party size." Is this incorrect?? Do you first need to go through all of your info??
