Info Please - Late Nov/Early Dec Visit

Has anyone visited WDW during the week immediately following Thanksgiving? My family would like to go the week of Nov 27 - Dec 3. I know the week of Thanksgiving is CRAZY (we were caught up in that crowd last year!), but I was wondering if the crowds really thin out following Thanksgiving weekend -?

Have been there 3 times in the past few years that week..It is the best that we have found...Love, love, love it! The decorations are up and the parks are very slow.....the weather is not swealtering hot...usually a bit unpredictable with how warm and cool it gets, but for us it is the ultimate time to go...

The Osborne lights are up, the Candlelight Processional is playing, MVVCP is scheduled...LOVE IT

Last year, we went the Friday after Thanksgiving thru the following Friday. We had never been to WDW before so we have nothing to compare it to, but the parks didn't seem crowded except that first Saturday. We, mistakenly, went to MK that day. The crowds that day seemed heavy to us, but as I mentioned...we have nothing to compare them to. Mon-Thursday were definitely great days to be in the parks (both WDW & Universal). Plus, the weather was awesome!

We too have been going at this time the last 3 years. It's absolutely the bet time to go. Sssssh...don't tell anybody

Ditto here...been there twice that time of year. Crowds were small and the weather was great (low 80's, high 70's). Never waited more the 10 minutes for anything if you use FastPass for the biggest rides.

Two potential negatives are short park hours and the weather can (but usually doesn't) get cold.

I echo the other posters in this is a perfect week! We are working on year #4 for this same timeframe.
