Info/opinions on Independence Air?

I'm thinking about flying from Dulles to Orlando on Independence Air, and I'm looking for any info/opinions from people that have flown them before.

I liked Independence. I flew them in Nov. from BOS to MCO.

They have brand new A319's for the Orlando run. Pleasant FA's, decent fares and hot towels.

Right now for me, Southwest and Song have been a lot cheaper, so I haven't flown them recently.

They are very reasonably priced, the planes are brand new and comfortable, and the service is great.

Living very near Dulles airport, we love Independance Air.

They are not really "new" - they were Atlantic Coast Airlines (ACA) who operated most United Express and some Delta from Dulles until last year.

We really like their prices and the service we have had are exceptional. The flights we have flow have been on-time (or had understandable delays). The ticket agents, flight attendants, and gate agents all have been very helpful and friendly. I prefer their regional jet gates at dulles (where you walk out the glass area to a plane) as compared to that new awfdul terminal United express is using (I think it is F??).

We have not yet flow their larger jets (we are booked for the first weekend in June to Flordia and we may book Vegas or LA if the have a super sale again).

One important thing to note - they close the planes and depart - do not be late to the gate - we have seen them leave people behind who were trying to do the old OJ Simpson through the airport
