Info on OKW golf course?

A coworker of mine is staying at OKW the end of April and was asking about the golf course. Is there info on line for this? Thanks.

The golf course that goes through OKW is the Lake Buena Vista course. The best website to give you info is www.wdwgolf.com
Here's a great tip if he's going to play the course. Somewhere (maybe on the website above), he can find out which hole is closest to his Villa. Bring a camera, then take a picture of him golfing in front of his Villa. Or have someone in the Villa take a picture of him on the course. For a golfer, it's one of the best pictures from WDW!

While LBV golf course is a very reasonable course, it is IMHO the least good (you can't really say worst) of the Disney courses. Quite which course suits different players the best takes a little while to cover but my list of preference is Osprey Ridge, Eagle Pines, Palm, Magnolia, LBV.

Thanks. Without digging to deep, is there any advantage to staying at OKW and playing that course (ex: you tee off right from there so you dont have to travel to the course or it is dicounted because you are staying there?) or should he just go to the course most desired? Thanks again.

The clubhouse is actually over in the SSR/DI area so he'd have to take transportation over there. DVC members get a discount but it involved purchasing a "badge" that's good for a year of discounted play. It's only available to members and is only worthwhile if you are playing multiple rounds. As Vernon mentions, maybe it's "least good" but it has been used for both PGA and LPGA tournaments so "it ain't half bad".
