Info on Express Menus

I know someone asked this but I can't remember who

The 20€ express menus with a main course and a café gourmand served in 40 minutes are MIA for now.

If they are coming back it will be end of May-start of June according to the front desk meeter and greeter at Blue Lagoon and Walt's.

I hope they come back as I have been enjoying all of your menu updates Carrie cat - it's nearly as cheap to eat an express menu as it is a fast food burger and chips! The old express menus were approx €18 and most fast food meals seem to range between €12 - €15 I know they usually have a drink included, but I know what I would rather

Thank you Gwendolen I know what you mean and my OH even said that it would make more sense to eat an express menu at Walt's now rather than the 14€ menu at Hakuna Matata or Fuente del Oro (especially now they've changed them )

As soon as I spot them back plus any other menu changes I'll get them up here

I was wondering about this, as I know the express menus were always a nice deal, and we're not on half board this time.

Would be nice if they did magically show up next week, that would be rather convenient for us! Still have yet to dine in Blue Lagoon, despite the fact my family adores Pirates

Can u use shareholders discount on these? Not sure if they wud still b classified as table service???

Yes as they are served in table service restaurants - it's the same as having just a main and a café gourmand

Cynical I know but I expect that's why they have disappeared! I hope they do come back as would mean we could justify more table service meals!

I don't think so as if they bring them back late May/early June it's into high(er) season and there will be more people to eat them ... Their idea of having them is for us (the client) to eat faster so they can serve more tables and we are happy as it means that we get a "decent" meal but don't have to spend 2 hours eating out of our precious park time

Glad these are coming back, fingers crossed they'll be there in time for 4th June as my mum is already listing Cafe Gourmand as one of the things she's most looking forward to about the trip!

Thank you You've still got the Café Gourmand on it's on for around 9€ on the new menus so even if they aren't in the formule your Mum won't have to miss out

The fast lunch was/is a special menu with 3 or 4 Main course choices and a Café Gourmand. It was proposed as a 40 minutes, from seating to leaving, meal and cost 20€ .

If you look at the menus from last year in Walt's and Blue Lagoon you should find them plus maybe someone took photos and added them
