Having been a longtime Disney Fool, and familiar with requirements of CRO, when I booked my AP discounted room through the BRP program online, I needed three rooms, which meant I had to do it three separate times using my own name for each room. I called later to rearrange who was in what room, and the young CM who answered the phone insisted that I didn't need to list everyone in the room, especially since there were children, and it didn't matter which room they were in. I let that go, knowing full well that she was WRONG. So, I called back another time, and made sure everyone who was coming with me was listed properly in each room. The CM I spoke to this time laughed and was quite surprised when I explained what the other unexperienced CM told me.
I am only saying this for those of you who are not familiar with Disney's policies on listing people in rooms. We are utilizing the Magical Express, so everybody needs to be accounted for. Even if this is a pain in the neck, take the necessary time to make sure your reservations are correct. Use the 1-800-828-0228 number in case you are put on a hold for a long time. Make the CM read the names back to you. Make sure everyone is listed where they should be. Make sure that the reservation is clear as to how many adults are in each room (otherwise, you may have an argument on your hands when you check in, as you will have been billed for more than two persons for each room). No matter what anyone tells you over the phone, or on these boards, make sure all children are listed and accounted for on your reservation.
