Okay. So, at 4 months they may be able to sit up with assistance. If so, you can bring blankets and prop them in the wood high chairs. We had to do that out of necessity a few times when our trio were that age (b/c I forgot to ask about infant high chairs). If you are planning on driving to Chef Mickey's or the BBQ, I would probably bring them in their infant seats (assuming they are happy in them at that point) and put the seat on an overturned wood high chair.
September is not a hugely crowded month (even with free dining). I don't think the lines will be bad - so holding the kids wouldn't be so bad - especially with the 4 extra adult hands you'll have with you. I still don't think you need to bring carriers/slings to the park BUT the "just in case" part of me thinks maybe bring them the first day and see if you use them. If you don't, then don't bring them with you again. The aforementioned philosophy is why my DH and I always wind up overpacked whenever we travel with the kids.
