Inexpensive underwater camera?

DD and I are finally getting back to Castaway Cay and Snorkeling this summer after waiting three years. I'm thinking to purchase a Kodak Pixpro ($150) and then a second cheaper no-name camera for around $50. Anyone used the Pixpro? Should I spend extra on something else and just get one camera? My total budget is $200.

Do you have a good phone? You could simply buy an underwater case for it. (Recommended even if your phone has a water proof rating)
