Inexpensive options to surprise friends at WDW now???

My cousin has finally gone to WDW for the 1st time with her family (DH, DS8 and DS5) and they arrived at Coronado Springs today...I talked with her briefly on the phone on their way down (they drove) and they were happily excited. Without going into detail, they've had a rough couple of months and I'd really like to add a small sprinkle of pixie dust to their trip. My budget is limited, so items at WDW Florist were just too high. Is it possible to call the resort gift shop and have a smaller item (say, a picture frame, etc.) sent to their room with a card? Or a couple of balloons with a character photo?
Any ideas?

I don't have the number here but someone will---can you call merchandising and place an order for delivery to their room--like they would do if they were in a shop? (As oppossed to having it shipped home?) Or give them the CS address as the delivery address?

I believe our very own "ferelpeg" here in the Dis Board puts together something fun. I am not sure what her prices are, though. Perhaps you can PM her for suggestions! Good luck!
