Is there a place to get a Loungefly cheap? Do the the outlets have them? I'm not terribly concerned with having a particular pattern.

I found a new Beauty and the Beast one in a pawn shop. Brand new - had the tissue paper intact. It's mostly white, and you can see the rose with a falling petal through a clear layer. It was $39.99.

ETA....apparently it's a pin collector bag.
