Inexpensive FUN holiday gift.... LCR dice game

I was at a holiday gift market this weekend and wandered up on this booth where several ladies were talking about how much fun this little game in a tube is! It looked simple enough 3 dice and some small chips. The ladies said the more folks that play the more fun it is. I bought two and pulled it out at a shindig i was hosting on Sat night. One girl squealed and said when she goes out of town for training classes for her work that after class everyone will meet in hotel lobby and play for hours. You can play with the chips they give you, or do quarters or really anything you want to . I payed i think 4.99 for it and we all ended up playing for about 3 hrs Sat night. There was hollering, and laughing and table slapping going on. So much fun and not a game you have to think reall hard about. I would say it would be good for kids 10 and up. I could see teenagers having a great time with this for sure. I looked online and there are several places to order it from. Im going to order several more to give away.

OKAY FOLKS............ I just bringing this back up for the 2007 holiday season. We love this game!!!!! Having friends over tomorrow night for a rousing game of it.

Thanks for the reminder! We have played this game and it IS tons of fun! We are going to a 50th Birthday Party on Saturday with about 5 couples who don't know each other REAL well. This would be a GREAT game to take.

Thanks! I picked one up on ebay, this will be a fun game for us.

I thought maybe we'd use it for a second game at poker nights- once people get knocked off the table, it would be a fun low-stakes game to pass the time until we finish a tournament.

they play it with beer and make it into a drinking game. I have no idea how but she say my 15 year olds game and said, "oh no what is she doing with that?" She was only kidding I don't know the rules so I have no idea how college kids change them to make it a drinking game.

We didnt play it that way and it was still tons of fun!

My brother introduced it to us. When he did we played with quarters. We take it to holiday functions and play with whatever coins we have on hand.

We actually took it on a DIS cruise and got our DIS friends together and played it on deck 9 using dimes. It's an EASY game to learn, plus it's nice because no one is tied to a long game. We had DISers come in, play a couple of hands, then leave, only to be replaced with another DISer.

LOTS of fun....and unless you're playing with dollar bills, you really won't be out that much money. (*course, when you win, you won't win that much money either*)

OMG, this is the best game. We have been playing this for years. For money of course, depending on who is playing we will play with pennies, quarters and even dollars.

So much fun. I've bought mine at Spencers, and always have an extra one on hand.
