Inexpensive condo available for Christmas Week!

We have had to cancel Dec 20-27 at this awesome looking condo. I told owner I would mention its availability on DIS.
2 bedroom/2 bathroom $60 per night plus tax and one time cleaning fee.

If you do a search on DIS for Grand Palms you will find more then one thread that mention this condo and how easy the owner is to work with. Due to positive things written about it on DIS, that is why I had rented it in the first place.

How far is this from Sea World? I am thinking of staying there after our week at Disney.

According to mapquest, it is a 23 minute drive.

I'm really disappointed I didn't see this earlier. We booked a condo at Sunlake Resort through BookIt travel and can't get our money refunded. I'm fine with what we're paying ($95/night) but we booked for only four nights. We decided we really need one more night but now they're asking a lot more, about $242.

The condo in your post look excellent.
