I know that it is pretty obvious which rides are indoors v. outdoors, but is there any information on which rides have line queues in the sun and which are in the shade?

I am going to Magic Kingdom in August with my wife and twin 4 year old girls and I am trying to balance sun and shade to keep everyone happy.

I don't think I have ever seen a list like that but most lines at MK are indoors. Off the top of my head, Alladin is outside and so are Teacups and Barnstormer (Goofy's ride in New FL, can't recall the name.)

When you start getting hot and need a break, go see a show. They are indoors and air conditioned. Hall of Presidents, Laugh Floor, Carousel of Progress, Philharmagic.

Barnstormer, Tomorrowland Speedway and Aladdin in the MK all have outdoor lines. I think there's shade over at least part of the line at the Speedway. I think most of the other lines in the park that are outside have at least partially shaded spots, except possibly Barnstormer and Aladdin .

If the speedway is a long wait the first part or your wait will be under shade, but the last part of the line before you get on can be brutal in the sun. And thank goodness Dumbo is now in the AC while waiting.
