Well, DH and I are still not 100% sure of our plans, but are leaning towards being there. Will bring some sort of fruit - apples, peaches, melons or something like that.

Sorry folks, but Ron and I are going to bail.

We pretty much spend our working days in Indpls. I just found out this week I will be down there for a month. The last thing I want to do is come home on Friday and head right back down. Even for a Disney Meet.

Hi Everyone,

Anyone who wishes to volunteer to help setup and tear down the space at the meet please post here or send me a PM. We would be setting up tables and chairs, covering tables, and hanging some decorations. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The plan is to start setting up the space at 10:30AM. We will probably start the clean up at around 7:30 or 8:00PM.

Anyone who wishes to drop something off at the meet earlier than the 2:00PM start time please feel free to do so after 10:30AM on August 30th.

Aaron - we can help you set up, I'm not sure about cleaning up though.

It's fun to see what everyone is bringing to eat.

DD Sarah was going to have a drawing class like they have at the Studios...is there enough interest out there for it?

I can't promise that i'll be much help in decorating...i'm sure i'll be frantic over my cake! Assuming everything goes to plan, and I have no issues with my cake, then i'll be more than happy to help out!

I think i've figured out my design and my flavors, but i'll leave it as a surprise!

I would like to bring my CamCorder and record all of us saying hello to the podcast team. Then I will compile the video / audio and send it to the Dis/Podcast crew. I just thought about this today and did not know if someone already had this idea as I have not been keeping up with all of the posts.

I think it would be a great idea. I was going to bring my digital camera and take photos of the meet and post them here. Having video would be awesome!
