I agree, Indy should be roaming around. I remember years ago they used to have a Tarzan near the treehouse. Tiny swimsuit he appeared to be wearing too. Maybe that's why they stopped it?
I wonder why they don't have a Princess Leia? I saw Disney use the name in the last Once Upon a Time episode. Why not have her in the parks as a Princess? They have lots of other Star Wars characters there. And others from Pixar as well.
Thinking about it, there isn't much Princess Leia merchandise at all.

Maybe they're waiting till 2015?

The two would have their showdown on the suspension bridge that hung over the Adventureland/New Orleans Square path, similar to the climatic confrontation between Indy and Mola Ram in Temple of Doom. Indy would then use his whip to get the map from the Desert Hawk's hand. Finally, Indy would take off running through Adventureland once again."

That's what I saw!! It was on one of our first trips to DLR. I was asking myself, "what just happened". Lol. It was unexpected.

It would be like saying hey who's that dude in Star Wars? You know he was in American Graffiti too.
I would imagine his character not being all that recognized in Japan, because it's not exactly California. Los Angeles. Hollywood.

LOL, I was more thinking that his traditional outfit is more like street clothes than just about any other character. Other than the whip, he could very well be a park guest... (He did stand out in Tokyo, though.)
