Indiana Jones FP? Does it help you at all (less wait? preferred seating)?

I'm struggling to find a good 3rd FP option in DHS (planning our other two for TSMM and ToT). Does the FP for Indiana Jones help at all? As far as not having to arrive early or better seating area?

Any other suggestions for a 3rd FP? Fyi: we have Star Tours at rope drop because its close to JTT sign ups and thats just how it fits best in our schedule so as not to criss cross the park much - Ill be touring with my over 60 yr old parents and my two under 5 yr old boys.

Not needed for Indy.

This kind of information is explained in the FP+ thread found HERE. Read post #1 and #2 for FP+ usage, recommendations, and timing advice.

Thanks, @Robo

I'm just having a hard time figuring on the third one bc I don't think anything else that I can get one for, needs one. Ugh. I'll look over the thread again and see if I find any ideas.

I'd go ahead and use your last FP for Star Tours anyway - it's different every time you ride it, so it's totally worth a re-ride, especially if you're Star Wars fans. That's really the only other Tier 2 FP worth getting. If you don't end up using it, you still haven't lost anything - you really don't need FPs for any of the other current Tier 2s.

Book anything for the 3rd FP.
Then, when you are in the park, CANCEL the one you don't want and, after you have used the two that you DO want, try to book another Tier 1.

I thought about this but I put it in the plans for another half day at DHS also. So that would be 3 FP/rides and neither my mom nor I ride it. My dad likes it (but not sure if enough to do it 3 times) and we'll see if the 4.5 yr old wants to try it. But thanks for the response!

I'm going to try this. Would you CANCEL as soon as you get to the park or after you use the first two?

Doesn't appear to matter.
If you cancel first, you will be ready to book an additional FP as soon as you use your remaining FPs.

Ok great! I had added RnRC near the end of the evening, so maybe with this strategy, I might be able to book it. I realize there may not be availability but I could always keep checking since I have it as probably the last attraction of the night.

That's a good plan!

Have fun!
