Indiana Disers..weather help please

We are flying into Indianapolis late this afternoon and I am getting conflicting weather scenarios from my sources.

One says severe weather, the other says possible showers.

What IS the weather supposed to be like out your way today?

The several places I looked, Vanessa, say showers, highs in the 50-60's. Enjoy the trip.

I'm in Indianapolis and they are saying that it will be a high in the mid 50's today with severe weather (storms) possible between 4 pm and 10 pm from Indy south. Hope this helps.

Temperatures will rise from 51 early afternoon to the high for the day of 57 at 4:00pm as they drop back down to 56 later this afternoon. Skies will range from partly cloudy to cloudy with 10 to 15 MPH winds from the southwest.


Evening (7:00pm-Midnight)
38 - 55
W-N 5-15 mph
Expect a cloudy evening. There could be a few raindrops around the area. Temperatures will rise from 55 early this evening to 55 by 7:00pm then drop down to 38 late evening. Winds will be 5 to 15 MPH from the west turning from the north as the evening progresses.

As of 10 am it is 36 degrees in Central Indiana, with a high expected in the 50's and as Dan said, showers later in the day. Cold front coming through tonight, highs in the 30's tomorrow.

Should have no trouble with flights.

Roads are in good shape, but snow very deep on the ground.
