Hey all,
I have found a villa through the owner in Indian Ridge estates. Has anyone stayed in this area before? Can you tell me anything about it?
Thanks!

We haven't stayed there but drove around it in March. It's just a little south of the Formosa Gardens area. If you come out of Indian Ridge and take Sand Hill Rd for about a mile north you'll be up to 192. You can do the same on the Old Lake Wilson side. Indian Ridge is between those two roads. It's just south of Windsor Hills on Old Lake Wilson. It's a nice, safe area, fairly quiet but with easy access to tons of restaurants on 192. It would pobably take less than 10 min to Disney property. There's a Publix in the Champions Gate area that would be close to you. Just continue south on Old Lake Wilson and then right at the lights where the CVS pharmacy is and it will take you to the access to I - 4 and the Champions Gate area. There's a Publix, fast food and few other shops.

Go to the bottom right corner and scroll through to Indian Ridge and it will zoom in to that area.

Indian Ridge is a nice housing developement. The majority of the homes have pools and hot tubs and screened in lanai's. Although it does have short term rentals the majority are full time residents so lots of kids playing.

These are not estate homes or villas. They are all one story ranch type homes with the majority being 4 bedrooms/2baths.

With the exception of 2 streets all the other ones are cul-de-sacs. There is a community pool, playground, athletic field and bike/walking paths throughout the community.

The ice cream truck makes it's way through every late afternoon/early evening.

It's less then 4 miles to AK and takes maybe 12 minutes to get to MK. Studios and Epcot are closer. You can hear Illuminations nightly and occasionally Wishes.

It's a nice place and I lived there for 2 years only just moved out.

I used to live in Indian Ridge as well (the majority of homes are residences not rentals). It really is a great area, quiet and out of the way (although still close to everything).

The first time we stayed in a rental home was in their neighbor Indian Ridge Oaks. We got hooked and have been in a rental home ever since.

We think it is the bomb.

We have rented homes there twice. I agree.

We have rented different properties in Indian Ridge and Indian Ridge Oaks six times now and we love it. It is a nice and quiet neighbourhood but within easyreach of Disney and places to eat.
