The restaurant would be based on an Aussie BBQ - great big steaks, sausages and hamburgers.

We could sell Akubra's and Dri-aza-bones....

Maybe we could even be situated in the middle of the lake...that way you would have to go across water to get to us!

Sounds like a wonderful idea! Why don't you lobby the Australian gov't to provide sponsorship. I'm sure if they wanted to front the money this team would be more than glad to build it. I like the idea of the pavilion being an island, it was sure make it stand out.

If you believe Jim Hill, Russia is the furthest along among the possibilities. Although, given the political climate of the country, I doubt it will come any time soon. He also mentioned that they were talking to Spain and Australia.

There was always a rumor of Australia at Animal Kingdom. Never knew if it was simply a rumor like the Villians Park or designed and tabled indefinately like Beastly Kingdom was.

Aren't they actually working on a Russian outpost or something like that. Not a whole section but just a few things off the path is the rumor I heard. A couple little shops and a vodka stand?????
