Independence Day Challenge-Last Call for Updates!

Lost 5 pounds this week. I'm at 8/15, so I'm halfway there, and I just got my 10 pound clip. :teeth: :bounce:

Actually, looking through my Weight Watchers book, I found that they miscounted, and I'm down 9 pounds! So that puts me at 9/15. Woohoo!!!

This week I'm headed to Vegas... :eek:
 
Two pounds gone for me this week, which puts me at 6/16 for the challenge. Right on target! :teeth:

Hi all! I didn't lose anything this week, TOM. But atleast I didn't gain. So I'm still at .5/6. Have a great week!:sunny:
 

I gained another pound, so I'm at -3/10. TOM is here, so maybe next week I'll see a loss.
 
I'm glad I'm not the only one going in the wrong direction because of TOM!! I'm -2/15!!:sad: :sad:
Need to drink more water this week. I haven't been drinking nearly enough the last few days.
 
I'm starting to confuse myself with two weigh-in days, so I'm going to start weighing in here on Wednesdays. On that note...I am down 1lb and 1.75 inches this week. This brings my challenge results to 8/13.

Now, I just have to start concentrating on what I am eating again. I went back to work two weeks ago and I haven't been doing my journaling or taking my supplements like I am supposed too.

Keep it up everyone! You're looking great.
 
Not a big change since last week, but a half pound loss is better then nothing. So I stand at 3.5/10. It's slow going and only about a month left. Better pick up the pace! Good luck all.
 
Here is my depressing check-in. I went to San Francisco last weekend and fell off the Atkins wagon and I am up .4 pounds. I re-started induction for a couple of days until I get back into ketosis and get control of my cravings and hopefully I will jump start my weight loss. I am stuck at my body's "remembered" weight, the weight I have been at for years and it is very annoying. Three weeks into the challenge, only 1 pound down and I feel like my goal is not attainable. *sigh*

So, put me up for 1/12. I think I'll go drink some water.
 
Well I've been waiting to check in and have some great numbers to post after WW today. However, we were in WDW last week and did some major eating so I definitely gained. So my results for the challenge this week: 2/12. Time to get back on track......:sad2:

I stayed the same this week.

3/17 (I made my goal way to high) I will not give up!
 
I forgot to post - I am down another 2 to 196. That's a total of 4/7. Maybe I should have made a higher goal, but I've only been averaging 5 lbs. a month now.
 
The closer I get to goal the sloooooower this is going. I am down .2 for a total of .8/3 in this challenge....so glad I set such a low goal, I knew it would be slow. Only 7.4 pounds to go to my original WISH goal, 9.4 to go to my adjusted goal for WISH and 12.4 to get to my ultimate, maybe-I-will-get-there goal.
 
I am checking in today as I will be out of town for the next couple of days. I am down 4 pounds this week. Yeah!!!!:tongue: I was very focused this week, but I didn't think it would be 4 pounds gone...Yippee! That brings me to 10/15 for this challenge! Hope everyone has a great week!
 
No loss, no gain. I hope that I'm not back into plateau mode! Got 2 more to go to meet goal.

I got a new clippie!!! I lost 1.8 this week for a total of 26.2 since I started WW & for the challenge a total of 3.8/8!!!:hyper: :hyper:
 
A late check-in for me this week....but good news to report....I'm down another .6.....which, I think brings my total to 1.2/5 (ok.... now I have to go back and check where I started.....:rolleyes: )
