Incredibly impressed with Hard Rock Hotel...

This hotel was wonderful. It was comfy, and so close. The walk from the hotel to the parks was beautiful, and the walk was better than paying for the parking and walking from the parking lot. The restaurants were great (buffet was wonderful) and LOVED the fact that I could get my packages sent directly to my room from the parks.
One quirk though....I went on Sept. 6, the day after the hurricane Frances hit, and wanted to figure out how to get to the parks. I talked to hotel services and the guys told me that the parks were closed for the day, after hearing from others that the parks were open. I ended up walking over there anyways and to my surprise, the parks were open and in full running! Too bad the guys at the service desk (the one's that inform hotel patrons of the parks activities) were not so informed. But, I was so happy that I took a walk down there anyways. Ended up having a great time, and got to do all my favorite rides all over again.
I willl definately stay here again.

Its good to see a positive post on the HRH too many bad posts lately
