I'd definately prefer a specialist. I've only heard of 4 -- three of them mentioned in this thread. I've been continually searching all of their inventories since Jan. No luck.

As other posters have said, I would seriously consider buying the AKV add-on through Disney. You might want to contact your guide to see what you can get vs. the price you were willing to pay for the resale + closing costs + 1st quarter 2010 MFs. Your resale savings may not be as much as you think.

With a December UY, you will get 2009 points, no closing costs, and your MFs won't start until your closing date, which would be some time next month.
