Incorrect password

I’ve tried to log on seceded times in the last ten minutes and keep getting an error that my credentials are incorrect. I’ve checked over and over that I’m not typing anything incorrectly. Is this happening to anyone else? It had happened to me one other time a couple weeks ago as well.
 
Mine is working fine. I just logged into the member site. My password is saved on my home computer, so it pre populates and I did not have an issue. Did you try any other Disney sites (since it's a universal login across the Disney universe) to see if you have the same issue? Otherwise, I guess it's a tech call :(

It finally started working. Thanks for letting me know though. I’m not sure why this is happening.
 

That happened to me last week. It was only on my iPad and not my phone or computer. It resolved itself within a day, but it was really annoying.

The same thing happened to me this afternoon. Would not accept my password. After a few tries, told me to contact member services. While I was on hold with member services, I tried again and it finally worked.
 
FWIW, I think they are updating the sign on procedures again. Mine is different than it was, but my user ID and password still work. But I now have to enter my user ID and then wait for another screen to enter the password. Before the change, I was able to enter both on the same screen.


If you clear your cache and cookies before you sign on (or after you get the error message), you may not need to call MS.
 
I was not able to get in for an entire day so member services reset my password and I had to create a new one. So far so good…
