Incorrect address on disney direct booking

Hi

I've just booked to stay at the disneyland hotel but when they sent my confirmation email they've got my address slightly wrong.

I was wanting to know if they post anything out to you or do they just send the email confirmation. I have only booked room only so there's no travel included so not sure if they actually need to post anything out to me.

I would just ring them but some of them have been such hard work when I phone. Have to say the lady that booked my room was lovely and very helpfull though.

I have only booked once direct with Disney, and it wasn't room only, but they did send a letter out. I wasn't travelling with them and they don't send out park tickets or anything so I'm not sure it makes a difference if it's RO. I know it does say on the confirmation e-mail that you just need to take a printout of the PDF they send you, but if it were me I think to be safe I'd make sure they had the right address.

They don't send anything now unless you book travel through them, you just print off your confirmation letter & show that when you check in.

For peace of mind just give them a quick call.

I have never had anything through the post by way of confirmation. I have just printed off the email. As long as it has the booking number you should be fine
