We want to take our 4 children (13,10,8, and 6) to IOA and Universal the last week of September. Will 2 days be enough? Which are the best days of the week to go? I plan to have us arrive before the parks open and get an early start. Do we need an express pass since we will be there during a less busy time? Thanks! :thumbsup2

Your 6 and 8 yo may be a little young for IOA depending on their height and tolerance for thrill rides. There is still plenty for them to do though. Everyone should enjoy US. IMHO, two days is plenty to have a great time at both parks, and FOTL access is probably not going to be a huge deal. Keep in mind that if you buy a 2-park pass, they usually come with a free extra day (or 2, or 3) so you may want to plan for that -- especially if the kids like it.

Again, this is just my $0.02. Have a great time!

I think your kids will have a ball. At IOA they can go on all of the Suess Landing attractions, Flying Unicorn, Pteranadon Flyers, the huge Jurassic Park playarea, Jurassic Park River Adventure, Popeye River Raft ride, Spiderman, Dr. Doom and Storm Force. Depending on their heights and braveness, they can do the big boy coasters the other water ride that has a pretty big drop.

At Universal, they can do pretty much everything.

The end of September should be great without express passes. I suggest still getting there at opening to ride Pteranadon Flyers before the line builds up.

At that time of year you won't need express pass and 2 days should be fine, I always allocate 3 days for IOA & US but 2 of them we tend to leve mid afternnon
