Just wondering if anyone else will be down in the world around that time. I'm staying offsite for a few days ,. should be fun. (Tried staying onsite, but even Values are nutty at $170 a night.

This will be an interesting trip .. 4th trip to WDW as an adult (2001, 2004, 2008). I was a cast member (WDWCP) in 92 and learned every inch of the parks and resorts. This is my first solo trip in 10 years so should be a blast (if anyone wants to meet to take in the atmosphere or some such. Never been down during the holidays (except for disneyland).


All in all, should be fun.

I'll be there on my annual solo trip from Dec 21-26. I love WDW during the holidays. Last year, I went during the first part of December and the crowds were almost nonexistent. I'm expecting these dates to have a few more people.

Other than a few meals, I don't have a lot planned for this trip. If you want to meet up one day, let me know.

My plans for the week are pretty much show up and exist in the magic for 10 days .. with a few side trips that most tourist don't bother with like walking over to Team Disney (giant sundial in the building long atrium), going by Vista Way and maybe finally getting a chance to spend time at Jellyrolls (now that PI is gone, boardwalk is really the only thing after hours on property). Probably hit the one water park that is open for one morning and make my way over to Universal IOA to see the new harry potter world.

All that and maybe exploring some of the public roads on property I haven't been on (last two trip has been with my daughter, and the one before that was flying / on property/ no car).

On why I go back as often as possible,. I'm a nerd .. I enjoy stuff like seeing the remnants of the old Epcot iconography that haven't been torn down yet / being sure to catch _every_ song at the fountain in epcot / etc etc.
