Just got this itch to go back AGAIN!!

Looking next year, September or November, what do you think.

We went this year back in Feb, it was a bit chilly.

Four of us will be going again, probably looking for a villa.

What do we do book a flydrive then get an independent villa owner to try an cut costs or book the whole thing through TCD again??

Many different ways of doing it and having never been with TCD am not able to comment.

However, we always book our villa independantly and always will, that way you can choose where you stay.

Have been in early September before and found it a good time to visit, crowds fairly low and the weather hot though possibly not as humid as the summer months.

Many people would say November though is the ideal time to go although I haven't been then so cannot really say - in theory ideal weather I would imagine.

I agree regarding the weather in February, as we found it pretty unpredictable when we went early March last year.

I've been early September 3 times: first time great, a bit too hot and humid but very low crowds, second time hurricane Frances - 'nuff said , third time tropical storm so lots of rain for most of the week (this was a one-week visit only).

I go almost every November (at least 10 November trips) and the weather has been mostly very good. The odd chilly morning, rainy spell, cool evening, but generally great weather. Crowds are not as low as September but still okay.

I loved the September trip we did! Low crowds, hot weather (though I acknowledge the fact that it is hurricane season )
