I had to ask for a report twice. They told me they mailed the first one, but I never got it. I asked to have it emailed and they told me they did not have the technology to send it by email. I then asked to have it faxed and got it later that night.
The report is not user friendly. In part this is because they adjust your point balance for every reservation transaction. I had made one reservation at a busy time by calling MS every day to extend. The report showed each day's transaction, with a cancellation of the prior days transaction and a new entry of the new greater use of points. I also learned that if you have more than one contract (e.g. add on at a different resort) you must be VERY SPECIFIC in telling MS what points you want to use for a reservation, or you might not have the points at the correct resort next time you want to make an 11 month preference reservation.
