Yesterday we received from Member Services a list of all our transactions since we joined in 1997. It was a bit confusing, for we added on twice including points at VB (OKW home resort). Has anyone else received the same and any comments?
 
Did you ask for the summary or was is just sent to you?
 
I've called MS and asked for them before, but they've never sent me one without asking. And yes, they are hard to read!

Each time I ask for one, I ask if they can email it, but no luck so far.

I had to ask for a report twice. They told me they mailed the first one, but I never got it. I asked to have it emailed and they told me they did not have the technology to send it by email. I then asked to have it faxed and got it later that night.

The report is not user friendly. In part this is because they adjust your point balance for every reservation transaction. I had made one reservation at a busy time by calling MS every day to extend. The report showed each day's transaction, with a cancellation of the prior days transaction and a new entry of the new greater use of points. I also learned that if you have more than one contract (e.g. add on at a different resort) you must be VERY SPECIFIC in telling MS what points you want to use for a reservation, or you might not have the points at the correct resort next time you want to make an 11 month preference reservation.

Cap..you just solved my mystery! I just asked for an accounting and when I received the multipage report I couldn't make heads or tails of why there were so many cancellations and reservations with the same reservation number..Now I know that that's because I called day by day to secure what we wanted.

It is very confusing and difficult report to read. They must have some other option for viewing our points when we call MS because they are very quick to respond how much remains and what we've used where..I can't imagine anyone wading through all transactions on the report they send us.

I've only received this report once, in response to my e-mail to MS requesting a copy.

I agree,
I requested our summary and couldn't make out which ones are actual reservations or cancellations. I ended up juts filling it... :)
 
We did not request the report and it took my wife two hours with the help of a calculator and highlighter to figure it out! This came about one week after I added an extra day to a ressie for Oct. - Nov.
