a poem for my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary!!! Can any of you help???

I have not seen or heard from them in about 8 years but their anniversary is next week and there will be a big party, anyway I wanted to get something together for them with maybe some old photos and pictures I drew as a child and I thought a poem or something would be a nice touch......can any of you lead me in the right direction???? Please??????

Here is one I found:

Grandparents, the final gifts!! Happy 50th Anniversary
You have given us all everything,
love, happiness, and the need for self respect.

In each one of us, your grandchildren,
there is a need to acquire one of the qualities
that made you two such special people.
You have always had time for every one of us,
and with each of us individually you have created
a special relationship.
You have made us believe that each one of us
is special to you in our own way.

As we grew older, and the families separated,
we still have a bond that you have created that
keeps us together,
Miles never made a difference because
you have made us realize that without family
we would be nothing.

To my grandmother, you are a special person,
the warmth and love that you have bestowed upon not only your children
and grandchildren, but all who have entered your life,
have made us realize that you are truly a gift from God.

To my grandfather, through your examples you have shown us
honesty and generosity, everyone you come into contact with
admires and respects you for the qualities and kindness you have shown.

We would like to thank you for being the grandparents you are and also
to Thank the Lord for blessing us with two of the greatest people to
touch our lives
