Happy Tuesday! I am trying hard to be positive today even though I am upset about yesterday. I had my first cheat since starting my program!
While it was not awful and likely may not even have an impact on loss (I ate two chocolate chip cookies....dumb!), I am still upset with myself.
I am trying to analyze why I ate them in the first place. I wasn't upset or stressed. In fact, I was in a great mood. I spent the morning trying on clothes that actually FIT! Why the heck did I sabotage myself?
So today I will head to the gym for my pennance.
I have decided to do the "Couch to 5K" program. I read through it (coolrunnings.com) and it seems very doable for just about anyone. It gets you running a 5K (about 3 miles) in 8 weeks...even if you are currently a couch potato!
And it is only 30 min. three times a week. You start out mostly walking with a few minutes of running, and so on. I read it and printed out the schedule and it seems very very manageable. So I am going to give it a shot.
How is everyone else doing today? Be good today--we owe it to ourselves. We DESERVE to be thinner, healthier, and happier!

Seriously, I was thinking....hmmmm....when I go over to her house later (bringing some supplies she asked me to pick up), maybe I can pick up some of those germs...

When I keep my journal faithfully (and truthfully...
"I solemnly swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help me God"
(See there that food junkie comes out again!)
I need to work on that but at least I didn't fluxuate too much... Congrats again!!!
A little bitty Tapeworm anyone???
I really struggle for that balance in my life. But hey, at least I'm fighting, right?
)
Or at that point is it in not on????
So I am warning any new thread posters do not try this at home, work, or anyplace. IT does not work....
and understanding from everyone on this board, we will get through this.
