Well, I was terrible last night. I did really well all day and then blew it!! I had veggie crisps which in and of itself isn't too bad except I ate almost the entire bag
. I also had half of an eggplant and mozzarella pannini that had way too many calories. I was supposed to just get salad but I caved.
Today is a new day AND my handy dandy Food & Exercise journal arrived yesterday. It is small enough to keep in my purse and I can track calories, fat, carbs, exercise and water. So far today I have had oatmeal, blueberries and coffee with cream (though it pained me to do so, I also counted the cream).
